CallASAP — Delete your data

Last updated: July 26, 2026

CallASAP has no required sign-up: your data is tied to a random, anonymous ID created on your device, with no name, email address, or phone number attached to it. If you chose the optional "Sign in with Google", your name and email address are also linked to that ID — deleting your records removes those too.

Option 1 — Delete everything on your device

Uninstall the app. This removes all local data — scheduled calls, cached call audio, and any contact photos the app copied — and ends access to your anonymous account.

Option 2 — Delete your server-side records

To have the records stored on our servers deleted, email dapcollections@gmail.com from any address with the subject "Delete my data" and include your anonymous ID.

To find your anonymous ID: open CallASAP → tap the menu (☰) → Account → it is shown as ID: … on the profile card. Copy it into your email before uninstalling — once the app is removed the ID cannot be recovered.

We will delete the associated records within 30 days and confirm by reply.

What gets deleted

What may be retained

Records of content that was flagged by our automated safety screening, and any calls reported through "Report this call", may be retained for as long as needed for safety, abuse prevention, and legal compliance, as described in our Privacy Policy.
